Dear clients, thank you that you have decided to spend your time in the Mountain Apartments Cihlářka.
Please find few practical information for easier reference.

PARKING AND ARRIVAL
During summer period, you can park your car exactly next to our hotel free of charge.
As it is forbiden to enter the National Park by car during winter, you can use our parking lot in Černý Důl (3 km from us) free of charge and we will be happy to pick you up, just please confirm time of your arrival in advance by e-mail: info@cihlarka.cz.
Moreover, in the day of your arrival, please call us (tel.: +420 499 421 033) 1 hour before you park your car.
Transfer between Cihlářka and our parking lot is free of charge on the arrival and departure day. Transfer is possible till 9 p.m.
!!!Mobile phone signal does not work properly in the parking area, please call us in advance!!!

CHECK-IN from 2 p.m. till 9 p.m.
CHECK-OUT till 10 a.m.
In case of later check-out we will store your luggages.

PRICE INCLUDES:
- recreation fees and taxes
- bedding, towels
- entrance to the fitness, table tennis, billiards, karaoke, children corner, desk games, darts, table
  games
- parking at our parking lot
- internet connection (WLAN accessible in the restaurant)
- transfer between our parking lot in Černý Důl and Cihlářka on the arrival and departure day (valid
  during the winter season; other transfer services are chargeable, you can see pricelist at our web
  pages: www.cihlarka.cz or ask our staff)

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
- Please note that the electricity fee is not included in the apartment rate and will be charged
  according to the actual consumption on departure (in winter time there is the approximate amount
  of  200,- CZK for 2-nights stay of 4-member family)
- pets:

                  50,- CZK / night / small dog

RESTAURANT
We are happy to offer you services of our restaurant, breakfast in buffet style:
100,- CZK / breakfast / adult person
70,- CZK / breakfast / child (4 – 11 y.o.)
Lunch and dinner - you can choose a la carte, prices are 90 - 135 CZK / meal.
Use our special grill house with distinctive atmosphere, it is suitable for a couple or group of friends.
Christmas dinner and New Year´s Eve menu can be order upon your arrival.

RELAX ZONE
Whirpool and sauna with little cooling pool are to your disposal, please see actual pricelist.
If you wish to order massage, please let us know enough in advance.

RESERVATION CONDITIONS
You can make your reservation by e-mail: info@cihlarka.cz.
To confirm your reservation we request 50% prepayment based on document sent by us. The rest
of the amount for the accommodation is payable upon your arrival. You can make your payment by cash or by classic payment cards.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
In case of cancellation of your reservation 7 and less days before the arrival, we charge a cancellation fee in the amount of 50% from the price of the accommodation.  In case of some unexpected circumstances, we offer to change dates of your reservation free of charge.
Reservations over the New Year´s Eve period:
To confirm your reservation we request a non-refundable deposit in the amount of 50% from the price for the accommodation. The rest of the amount is payble till 30th November 2016. To confirm reservations made 15th November 2016 or later, we request a non-refundable prepayment in the amount of 100% price for the accommodation.

DISCOUNT AND GIFT VOUCHERS
- can be applied out of the New Year´s Eve period

SKI AREAS
We are happy to offer you our small slope next to the hotel, it has 200 metres. It is open in case
of suitable snow conditions.
For large ski centres (the nearest ones are in Černý Důl and in Pec p. Sněžkou) you would need transfers. In case of skiing in Pec p. Sněžkou you need just one-way transfer, for returning back you can go by yourself from the top of the slope called Zahrádky (1 km from the hotel).

If you need to rent skis, we recommend to rent it before you come to our hotel, p.e. in Černý Důl,

You can rent sledges for kids in our hotel free of charge.
